The Coulée SWIRL, with its pre-filled VpacTM coffee filters, captures all the complexity and precision required for perfect pour-over with just the push of a button.
- Correct Coffee/Water Ratio (16:1). Vpacs come with a generous 14 grams of perfectly-ground, premium-quality coffee (compared to 8-10 grams in a K-cup).
- Correct Water Temperature. Computer PID heating and water mixing ensure the water is precisely heated to the ideal target temperature.
- Optimal Extraction. Intelligent water level monitoring in the filter during brewing, with adaptive feedback, tunes the pour recipe/timings to each coffee type for ideal extraction.

1.) Tear open the compostable Vpac packaging to get the Vpac with 14g of nitrogen-preserved gourmet coffee.
2.) Add water to the level mark for the golden cup 16:1 (water:coffee) ratio. Then, simply touch "brew" ...we'll do the rest!
3.) The system will heat the water to the ideal temperature and intelligently adapt the brew recipe to the coffee type, automatically self-adapting based on water levels. The result is the perfect café-syle pour-over, every time.
